This FREE drop-in program aims to offer accessible tutoring and mental health support specifically tailored for neurodiverse teens in Grade 9-12 residing in the Halton-Hamilton area. By removing barriers to education and mental wellness, we strive to create an inclusive environment that fosters growth, understanding, and personal development for all participants.

FREE HOMEWORK HEALTH WORKSHOP FOR TEENS
Talking to Your Loved Ones About Your Mental Health: A guided workshop for teens on how to express their feelings and experiences in safe, healthy ways. We’ll explore how to talk to parents, caregivers, and the people who support you about your mental health—so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
