At CDL, our mission is to help workplaces effectively support their neurodiverse clients and staff. We offer workshops designed to empower organizations to meet the specific needs of neurodiverse individuals while promoting productive work habits and fostering a deeper sense of belonging within the workplace. Our training sessions are customized to align with the unique requirements of each organization.
Our training focuses on providing practical strategies that support not only neurodiverse
clients and staff but also benefit all employees. Because the training is tailored to your
organization, your team will be able to apply the concepts and strategies learned during the workshop in their daily work. The information presented will be specifically designed with your organization’s needs in mind, ensuring that staff can implement our solutions seamlessly.
Our training covers the following topics and will be adjusted based on your organization’s needs:
Understanding neurodiversity
Recognizing how neurodiversity may present
Developing effective management strategies to promote positive work habits
Collaborating with neurodiverse individuals to create reasonable and effective accommodations
Addressing specific issues that impact your organization
Our process for developing the workshop begins with a consultation with management and staff to identify your organization’s specific needs. We will provide a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to your organization, after which we will create a customized program. We will then present the workshop at a mutually agreed-upon time, allowing for staff questions and answers. Additionally, we can offer support after the training date to ensure that the strategies are effectively implemented.
